TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS:

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE HAVE TEMPORARILY IMPLEMENTED SOME IMPORTANT CHANGES IN LIGHT OF THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK. THESE CHANGES IN PROCEDURE HAVE BEEN ENACTED WITH YOUR SAFETY IN MIND. PLEASE REVIEW THESE CHANGES BELOW AS THEY WILL DRASTICALLY IMPACT THE PROCESS OF YOUR VISITS AT BOTH OF OUR PRACTICES.

**We will temporarily be operating as staff only facilities. During this time both facilities will remain locked. ** Routine/ non-emergency visits: We ask that if your pet has an appointment, please call us upon arrival from your vehicle. One of our receptionist will review your information and your pet will be checked in. Once check-in has been completed, please remain in your vehicle where one of our technicians will retrieve your pet. The designated technician will be using a slip lead so that we are able to properly disinfect and wash these items between use. Personal leashes, collars, harnesses, etc will remain in the vehicle with you. We understand that this is a difficult change, however, we can assure you that the technician will remain with your pet through the entire appointment process inside the facility. Once examined by the veterinarian, you will receive a call to review important information and/or treatment options.

Emergency visits: Upon arriving for an emergency visit you will check in at the front desk as per normal. At this time a technician will briefly triage your pet, as well as obtain a history/description of your pets ailment. The technician will then have you return to your vehicle and they will escourt your pet to our main treatment room to be examined by the veterinarian. You will then receive a call from the veterinarian to discuss treatment options

*Payment will also be taken via phone by a receptionist whenever possible .*

*Visiting hours are temporarily suspended until further notice with the exception of scenarios involving end of life situations.*

*In the event that a pet is euthanized during this difficult time, arrangements can be made so that you may be present with your pet as long as you are not experiencing any symptoms of illness.*

We apologize for any inconveniences these current policies may create and wish to thank you all for your understanding and cooperation as we all navigate through the current pandemic.
